Our specialised drums, available in 100mm, 150mm, 200mm, 350mm, and 500mm, offer a variety of patterns from normal to micro for precise surface preparation. This method effectively removes concrete, asphalt, screeds, and coatings in applications such as multi-storey car parks, bridge decks, and highways. Polyplaning
Polyplaning serves as both an alternative and a complementary method to traditional planing processes. This innovative technique involves using a specialised attachment for our skid steer, operating with a grinding motion that is particularly effective for concrete tamp and line removal tasks. One of its notable advantages is the production of a smoother finish compared to conventional methods, resulting in reduced material consumption for deck systems. This efficiency not only saves resources but also enhances the overall quality of the surface preparation process.
Captive blast
Dust-free process for the removal of painted lines, thin coatings, and contamination from decks waiting for new coatings at the same time giving the surface key. Additionally, captive blasting proves effective laitance removal and retexturing of asphalt and concrete surfaces, restoring skid resistance for enhanced safety. This versatile equipment ensures thorough and efficient surface treatment across various applications, delivering superior results with minimal environmental impact.
Retexturing
Using our captive blasting process we can retexture concrete and asphalt surfaces be it roads, runways, docks and factory floors to bring back skid-resistance to make for a safer surface.
Scarifying
Our dust-free scarifying attachment, compatible with our ride-on blast machine, presents a less aggressive approach compared to planing and polyplaning methods. This technique is particularly well-suited for tasks such as removal of thin coatings, thermoplastic lines and tamp removal. By utilising this attachment, we can achieve effective surface preparation while minimising dust and creating a smoother finish. This makes it an ideal choice for projects where precision and a less aggressive process are paramount.
Diamond Grinding
Pedestrian diamond grinding is used to level up surfaces, to remove old coatings, latex and glue with our vacuum equipment it is a totally dust -free process.
Scraping
With our bespoke scraper attachments, compatible with our skid steers, we provide an additional solution for efficiently removing coatings, floor coverings, asphalt, and screeds.
